1.1 Non-Customized Product Logistics
For orders of non-customized products located in UK warehouses, we will dispatch within 5 business days of receiving the order. Delivery time for most regions within the UK is 4-8 days after dispatch. For remote areas in the UK, please allow an additional 2 days for delivery.
For orders outside of the UK, we will ship from international warehouses. Due to customs procedures and the distance to the destination, delivery times will be extended. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated delivery times.
1.2 Customized Product Logistics
For customized products, we will provide an estimated delivery time based on communication with the customer regarding requirements and the customization period. Please refer to the product information page and consult with customer service for more details.
1.3 Warehouse Location and Logistics Impact
Our products and corresponding warehouses are located in various countries and regions. For some products, due to customs procedures and the distance to the destination, delivery times will be extended. Detailed information can be found in the "Estimated Delivery Times" section on the specific product page.
1.4 Impact of Combined Orders
Due to the factors outlined in sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, your combined orders may be split into multiple shipments.
1.5 Impact of Shipping Fee Promotions
To reward our customers and meet operational needs, we occasionally run shipping fee promotions. These promotions will be prominently displayed on the website. During the promotion period, the shipping fee will be based on the actual fee paid when you submit your order. Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unopened items. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email your order number, details about the return item, and the reason for the return to friends@lazyclap.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your email, we will process and respond as soon as possible. We will not accept returns if the product is reported more than 14 days after receipt.
Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges.
Product Defects
Due to the nature of products such as toys, damage or deformation of outer packaging may occur during shipping. Such issues do not qualify as product defects. We carefully package and thoroughly inspect all products before shipping to avoid product defects. We do not support return requests for outer packaging damage or deformation.
If you receive a defective item, please email friends@lazyclap.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect and the entire product. We will respond with a solution as soon as possible.
We will not address defect issues if they are reported more than 24 hours after receiving the product.
Force Majeure
Certain regions may be affected by force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, shipping delays, customs issues, or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, which may result in delayed or undelivered packages. In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and keep you updated on the status of your order. However, we are not liable for shipping delays or undelivered packages due to force majeure events.
